Delivery Information:

Shopping with us is easy now at www.kideeland.com

FREE DELIVERY for all orders above RM80 within West Malaysia and RM120 within East Malaysia.

For orders below RM80 within West Malaysia or RM120 within East Malaysia, the delivery charges are as follows: 
West Malaysia: RM5
East Malaysia: RM20

*delivery charges will be charged to the customers.

For delivery to overseas, the shipping cost will be charge to the customers subject to location and the courier service used.

Our Normal Courier/Delivery duration is 3 to 5 Working Days within Malaysia and 7 to 10 Working Days for Overseas.

All orders must be placed before 12.00pm local time to ensure that you receive your product within the specified delivery period. Please note that certain items may not be delivered within the specified delivery timeframe due to unavailability of stocks.

We use a secured and trusted courier service in order to ensure that your order is delivered in good condition and on time.

Return & Exchange:

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

If the items received are defective or in the wrong size, you have up to 7 working days to return your goods. Should the items which you wish to exchange for the size or color is not available, we will refund the amount paid to your credit card. The refund policy temporarily only applicable to all the transactions through Credit Cards payments only.
